Job Description

DINE Farm (U) Ltd is a dynamic agribusiness enterprise focused on commercializing well-researched agricultural technologies. Our model is anchored on Bee Keeping and Bee Keeping Inputs as the core enterprise alongside Black Soldier Fly (Inputs and farming), Nursery Bed development for high value crops, Cereal Production and Horticulture. We operate a Company Agent Bee keeping model contributing to sustainable and inclusive agricultural development and food security. Regions of operation include: Ankole, Kigezi, Rwenzori, Busoga, Bugisu and Lango. We are hiring 5 Finance & Administration Officers to manage financial records, accounting functions, and administrative operations.

Requirements

Minimum Diploma in Finance or Accounting.
Knowledge of Accounting Principles and Reporting.
Proficiency in Computer Skills (MS Excel, accounting software).
Strong Organisational and Administrative skills.
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day financial transactions, bookkeeping, and accounting records.
Prepare financial reports, budgets, and reconciliations.
Handle administrative tasks including correspondence, filing, and records management.
Process payroll, invoices, and payments in a timely manner.
Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures.
