1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for and/or using the Service in any manner, you agree to these Terms and all other operating rules, policies, and procedures that may be published by ProGigFinder, which are incorporated by reference.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into these Terms
• You will comply with these Terms and all applicable local, state, national, and international laws, rules, and regulations

3. Account Creation and Maintenance

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account with us and provide certain information about yourself. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for safeguarding your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party and to take sole responsibility for any activities or actions under your account, whether or not you have authorized such activities or actions. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

4. User Content

The Service may allow you to post, upload, publish, submit, or transmit content, including but not limited to text, photographs, videos, and other materials ("User Content"). By making available any User Content on or through the Service, you grant to ProGigFinder a worldwide, irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, transferable, royalty-free license, with the right to sublicense, to use, copy, adapt, modify, distribute, license, sell, transfer, publicly display, publicly perform, transmit, stream, broadcast, and otherwise exploit such User Content only on, through, or by means of the Service.

You are solely responsible for your User Content and the consequences of posting or publishing it. You represent and warrant that:

• You are the creator and owner of the User Content or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to authorize ProGigFinder to use your User Content as described in these Terms
• Your User Content, and the use of your User Content as contemplated by these Terms, does not and will not: (i) infringe, violate, or misappropriate any third-party right, including any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, moral right, privacy right, right of publicity, or any other intellectual property or proprietary right; (ii) slander, defame, libel, or invade the right of privacy, publicity or other property rights of any other person; or (iii) cause ProGigFinder to violate any law or regulation

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Copying, distributing, or disclosing any part of the Service in any medium, including without limitation by any automated or non-automated "scraping"
• Using any automated system, including without limitation "robots," "spiders," "offline readers," etc., to access the Service
• Transmitting spam, chain letters, or other unsolicited email
• Attempting to interfere with, compromise the system integrity or security, or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running the Service
• Uploading invalid data, viruses, worms, or other software agents through the Service
• Collecting or harvesting any personally identifiable information from the Service
• Using the Service for any commercial solicitation purposes
• Impersonating another person or otherwise misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity
• Interfering with the proper working of the Service
• Sharing personal contact information (phone numbers, email addresses, social media handles, or external messaging identifiers) through the platform's messaging system to circumvent ProGigFinder's communication and payment processes

6. Platform Communication Policy

All communication between clients and service providers must take place through ProGigFinder's built-in messaging system. To protect all parties and ensure secure transactions, sharing personal contact information — including but not limited to phone numbers, email addresses, WhatsApp numbers, social media handles, or any other external communication identifiers — through the platform's chat or messaging features is strictly prohibited.

Messages containing personal contact information may be automatically filtered or flagged. Repeated violations of this policy may result in warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent termination of your account.

This policy exists to:

• Protect users from fraud, scams, and unsolicited contact
• Ensure all transactions are processed securely through the platform
• Maintain a verifiable record of all communications for dispute resolution
• Safeguard the privacy and personal data of all users

7. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Mea Global Inc (operating as ProGigFinder) and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Mea Global Inc.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service, or notify us that you wish to delete your account.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

9. Disclaimer

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

ProGigFinder, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and its licensors do not warrant that a) the Service will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location; b) any errors or defects will be corrected; c) the Service is free of viruses or other harmful components; or d) the results of using the Service will meet your requirements.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Mea Global Inc, ProGigFinder, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Service.
