Job Description

DINE Farm (U) Ltd is a dynamic agribusiness enterprise focused on commercializing well-researched agricultural technologies. Our model is anchored on Bee Keeping and Bee Keeping Inputs as the core enterprise alongside Black Soldier Fly (Inputs and farming), Nursery Bed development for high value crops, Cereal Production and Horticulture. We operate a Company Agent Bee keeping model contributing to sustainable and inclusive agricultural development and food security. Regions of operation include: Ankole, Kigezi, Rwenzori, Busoga, Bugisu and Lango. We are hiring 5 Shop Attendants to manage our agri-input retail shops, serving Company Agents, farmers, and customers across our operational regions.

Requirements

Minimum UCE Certificate.
Expertise in Sales and Marketing.
Excellent Customer Service skills.
Store Maintenance skills.
Inventory Management and Record Keeping skills.
Honesty and integrity in handling cash and stock.

Responsibilities

Attend to customers and provide information on available agricultural products and inputs.
Process sales transactions and issue receipts accurately.
Maintain shop cleanliness, organization, and product display.
Manage inventory including stock counts, restocking, and recording of stock movements.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
Prepare daily sales reports and submit to supervisor.
