To assist in effective management of Environment and Social Impacts of Mining and Geothermal development
Support the collection, analysis and timely dissemination of all intelligence information to inform timely decision-making.
To support development and implementation of Policies, Plans and Mechanisms for effective Environment Law Enforcement.
To coordinate the development, implementation and enforcement of environmental policies, regulations, and programs for effective environment law enforcement.
To ensure planning, coordination and efficient investigation of environment crime to support prosecution and deter environment crime.
Strategic Engagement
To manage administrative and logistical functions to ensure smooth office operations, efficient service delivery, and support to staff and management.
To implement, and monitor safety, security, and emergency preparedness measures within the stadium to ensure the protection of staff, visitors, and assets.
To develop, implement and monitor safety and security of people, property, and facilities at the Stadium in line with the approved policies and procedures.
To ensure the Stadium’s physical infrastructure, utilities, and facilities are maintained, safe, and operationally efficient for all events and users.
To develop ICT strategies and monitor the implementation, and maintenance of the Stadium’s ICT infrastructure, systems, and digital transformation initiatives to ensure efficiency, security, and innovation in service delivery.
To manage the organization’s internal and external communications, media relations, branding, and public engagement, ensuring positive visibility and promotion of the Stadium’s activities.
To develop and monitor implementation of strategies and procedures for the procurement and disposal function in accordance with PPDA regulations.
To manage the financial resources of the company through planning, budgeting, financial reporting, and ensuring effective internal controls for sound financial management and sustainability.
Monitor the implementation of strategies for marketing, client acquisition, sponsorship, and brand management to enhance the Stadium’s business growth and revenue generation as well as visibility and profitability.
To provide independent assurance and advisory services that will strengthen governance and improve effectiveness of risk management and internal controls.
To provide strategic direction in the management of stadium operations, including facilities maintenance, safety and security, ICT systems, and event logistics, to ensure efficient, safe, and reliable service delivery that meets national and international standards.
To develop and implement the Stadium’s strategic direction, business growth initiatives, partnerships and revenue generation opportunities.
