Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of experience managing long-term B2B relationships, ideally in insurance, banking, or fintech
  • Proven track record of growing existing partnerships and improving partner satisfaction
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, able to engage C-suite executives and frontline teams
  • Strong analytical and presentation ability, comfortable with data-driven storytelling
  • Highly collaborative and comfortable working across diverse teams and market environments

Responsibilities

  • Build deep, trusted relationships with partners at all levels, from senior executives to branch and field staff
  • Serve as the primary liaison between Turaco and partners, ensuring smooth communication and consistent engagement
  • Conduct regular check-ins, field visits, and partnership performance reviews
  • Track and share monthly partner performance dashboards, including sign-ups, claims payments, and retention rates
  • Work closely with Marketing, Customer Experience, and Operations teams to improve partner journeys
  • Keep the commercial division informed of competitor activity and emerging trends in Ghana
  • Represent Turaco at partner meetings, stakeholder forums, and industry events
