Can I hire more than one person?+
Yes. Many clients build small teams of moderators, support reps, or annotators. Team discounts apply from 5 hires and up.
Who employs the worker?+
You contract with them directly, and we can provide a contract template to get you started. We are a matching and vetting service, not an employer of record.
How do I pay the worker?+
Directly, using whatever method you agree on. Or use our optional payroll service: we invoice you by card or bank through Stripe, and the worker receives mobile money the same day.
How much does it cost?+
A one-time placement fee of 50% of one month’s pay, only if you hire. For example, hiring a $400/month virtual assistant costs a $200 one-time fee. The optional payroll service is 10% of monthly pay, cancel anytime.
