Requirements

  • PhD in Accounting, Finance, or a related field from an accredited institution
  • Strong understanding of GAAP and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
  • Familiarity with aviation industry accounting practices and regulations
  • Relevant accounting experience in financial analysis, auditing, or compliance is desirable
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Ability to deliver effective and engaging instruction to university-level students
  • Passion for education and professional development

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality instruction in Accounting to aviation business and management students
  • Develop and update course materials, syllabi, and assessments aligned with industry standards
  • Conduct lectures, practical sessions, and examinations
  • Provide academic mentorship and guidance to students
  • Contribute to curriculum review and improvement
  • Collaborate with full-time faculty on course planning and coordination
  • Maintain current knowledge of developments in accounting standards and aviation finance
  • Report on student performance and academic progress as required
