PhD or Master's degree in Aviation Maintenance, Aeronautical Engineering, or a related field from an accredited institution
In-depth knowledge of maintenance procedures, technical manuals, regulations (ICAO, EASA, FAA), quality assurance, and safety management systems
Practical experience in aircraft maintenance roles, including work in maintenance facilities or with airline companies is desirable

Requirements
- Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certification or equivalent is required
- Strong English communication skills
- Ability to deliver effective and engaging instruction to university-level students

Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality instruction in Aircraft Maintenance Practices to aviation engineering students
- Develop and update course materials, syllabi, and assessments aligned with ICAO and EASA/FAA standards
- Conduct lectures, practical sessions, and examinations
- Provide academic mentorship and guidance to students
- Contribute to curriculum review and improvement
- Collaborate with full-time faculty on course planning
- Maintain current knowledge of regulatory changes in aircraft maintenance
- Report on student performance and academic progress as required
