Job Description

Wave is on a mission to make Africa the first cashless continent. In 2017, over half the population in Sub-Saharan Africa had no bank account—fees were too high, branches too far, and cards not accepted. Wave built financial services that just work: no account fees, instantly available, and accepted everywhere. Launched in Senegal in 2017, Wave now has millions of users across 9 countries and is growing fast. Wave is the largest financial institution in Senegal and Côte d'Ivoire, backed by Founders Fund, Sequoia Heritage, Stripe, Ribbit Capital, and Y Combinator. Develop internal AI governance standards covering acceptable use, data handling, and audit requirements for LLM-powered tools
