Requirements

  • Minimum LLB Degree from a recognized college or university
  • Minimum of 3 years work experience from a known organization
  • Age limit: 18–35 years old (inclusive)
  • Strong knowledge of Ethiopian law and relevant international legal frameworks
  • Excellent analytical, research, and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Applicants must bring original and copies of all supporting documents to register in person

Responsibilities

  • Provide legal advice and counsel to the Ethiopian Airlines Group on a wide range of legal matters
  • Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, contracts, and agreements
  • Represent the organization in legal proceedings and negotiations
  • Conduct legal research and provide opinions on applicable laws and regulations
  • Ensure company operations comply with applicable local and international legal requirements
  • Handle litigation, dispute resolution, and claims management
  • Coordinate with external legal counsel when necessary
  • Prepare legal reports and briefings for management
