Requirements
- Minimum LLB Degree from a recognized college or university
- Minimum of 3 years work experience from a known organization
- Age limit: 18–35 years old (inclusive)
- Strong knowledge of Ethiopian law and relevant international legal frameworks
- Excellent analytical, research, and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Applicants must bring original and copies of all supporting documents to register in person
Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice and counsel to the Ethiopian Airlines Group on a wide range of legal matters
- Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, contracts, and agreements
- Represent the organization in legal proceedings and negotiations
- Conduct legal research and provide opinions on applicable laws and regulations
- Ensure company operations comply with applicable local and international legal requirements
- Handle litigation, dispute resolution, and claims management
- Coordinate with external legal counsel when necessary
- Prepare legal reports and briefings for management
