Requirements
- Minimum LLB Degree from a recognized college or university
- Minimum of 5 years work experience from a known organization
- Age limit: 18–35 years old (inclusive)
- Strong knowledge of Ethiopian law and relevant international legal frameworks
- Demonstrated experience handling complex legal matters
- Excellent analytical, research, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and lead legal workstreams

Responsibilities
- Provide senior-level legal advice and counsel to the Ethiopian Airlines Group on complex legal matters
- Draft, review, and negotiate high-value legal documents, contracts, and agreements
- Represent the organization in legal proceedings, arbitrations, and negotiations
- Conduct in-depth legal research and provide authoritative opinions on applicable laws and regulations
- Ensure company operations comply with applicable local and international legal requirements
- Manage complex litigation, dispute resolution, and claims management matters
- Mentor junior legal staff and coordinate with external legal counsel
- Prepare comprehensive legal reports and strategic briefings for senior management
