Job Description
BURN is looking for a Cluster Team Leader who will lead and motivate a team of Electric Sales Executives to achieve sales targets while driving market penetration and customer engagement within the assigned cluster. The role involves monitoring team performance, coordinating installations, supporting repayment schedules, and ensuring accurate reporting to the Regional Sales Manager.

Requirements
- Diploma or college certificate from a recognized institution.
- Proven sales or field experience, preferably in FMCG, PayGo, or direct sales.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work in the field daily and support team members.
- Proficiency in basic reporting tools (WhatsApp, Google Forms).
Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of Electric Sales Executives to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Develop and execute strategies to drive sales execution and market penetration within the cluster.
- Track and analyse sales performance metrics, providing feedback and support to team members.
- Ensure team members effectively engage customers, educating them on product features, pricing, and repayment terms.
- Support the team in reminding customers about repayment schedules to maintain healthy repayment rates.
- Plan and coordinate market activations and community cookouts to enhance visibility and sales.
- Oversee the installation process to ensure all verified customers are ready, facilitating same-day installations where possible.
- Compile and submit accurate reports on sales activities, team performance, and market feedback to the Regional Sales Manager.
