Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Assist in ensuring that all projects are executed in line with established project management guidelines and processes
  • Support the implementation of project activities as per the approved scope from MTN Group
  • Prepare and submit routine project progress updates and reports as required by the business
  • Track project timelines to ensure that activities are executed within approved schedules and quality expectations
  • Support the handover process of completed project components to respective internal stakeholders
  • Assist in preparing and updating project timelines, including interdependencies across activities
  • Ensure all assigned project tasks follow customer-centricity guidelines
  • Provide administrative support in managing project contracts and procurement documentation
  • Monitor and escalate project risks to the Project Manager for intervention
  • Support the coordination of project resources, including scheduling meetings and tracking task assignments
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, ensuring proper filing and version control for all project records
  • Ensure projects are executed using best practice Project management guidelines.
  • Participate in product and service steering committee (SteerCo) meetings to provide progress updates and capture action points for follow-up
