The Direct Sales Representative is responsible for driving sales by actively engaging customers, promoting Branch's financial products and services, and closing sales through direct interaction. Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in direct sales, field sales, or customer-facing roles is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets.
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with sales tools are added advantages.

Responsibilities

  • Actively sell products and services through direct engagement with customers in field or assigned locations.
  • Identify and approach potential customers to generate new business opportunities.
  • Clearly explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
  • Accurately capture customer information and complete sales documentation.
  • Address customer questions, concerns, and objections professionally.
  • Provide market feedback including customer needs and competitor activity.
  • Adhere to company policies, sales processes, and ethical standards.
  • Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
