The East African Crude Oil Pipeline (EACOP) is one of Africa's most significant energy infrastructure projects, spanning approximately 1,443 km from Hoima in Uganda to the Chongoleani peninsula near Tanga port in Tanzania. EACOP is a joint venture between TotalEnergies, Uganda National Oil Company (UNOC), Tanzania Petroleum Development Corporation (TPDC), and China National Offshore Oil Corporation (CNOOC). The project is committed to sustainable development, local content, and creating long-term value for host communities in Uganda and Tanzania.

Requirements
- Currently enrolled as a 2nd, 3rd, or 4th-year university student in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong academic standing (Potential Upper Second Class or equivalent)
- Available for a full-time 13-week commitment starting July 2026
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism
- Good organizational and communication skills

- Help coordinate training and development programs for staff

- Help draft HR correspondence, memos, and internal communications
