The East African Crude Oil Pipeline (EACOP) is one of Africa's most significant energy infrastructure projects, spanning approximately 1,443 km from Hoima in Uganda to the Chongoleani peninsula near Tanga port in Tanzania. EACOP is a joint venture between TotalEnergies, Uganda National Oil Company (UNOC), Tanzania Petroleum Development Corporation (TPDC), and China National Offshore Oil Corporation (CNOOC). The project is committed to sustainable development, local content, and creating long-term value for host communities in Uganda and Tanzania.

Requirements
- Currently enrolled as a 2nd, 3rd, or 4th-year university student in Public Administration, Human Resource Management, Project Management, or a related field
- Strong academic standing (Potential Upper Second Class or equivalent)
- Available for a full-time 13-week commitment starting July 2026
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools

Responsibilities
- Support the Project Controls team with project scheduling, tracking, and reporting
- Assist in maintaining project databases and document control systems
- Help monitor project milestones, deliverables, and progress against plans
- Participate in project meetings and assist with preparing minutes and action trackers
- Support cost control activities including budget monitoring and variance analysis
- Assist with risk registers and change management documentation
- Help prepare project status reports and dashboards for management review
