Requirements
- Candidates from Mukono, Matugga, Kayunga, Nakasongola, Nakaseke, Luwero, Seeta, Lugazi, Kira, Gayaza, Busiika and Wobulenzi are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and onboard new SME customers within assigned territories.
- Drive sales growth and revenue generation across the following solutions:
- FTTO & FWA (Fixed Telecom and Fixed Wireless Access)
- WiFi-SIMU solutions (voice, data, and MoMo services)
- SME Team Bundles
- Web Phone solutions
- ICT and converged services (including Microsoft licenses, IoT, Smart Eyes, Smart Travel, etc.) using the Enterprise Mobile Sales App (EMS).
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships by delivering customized solutions aligned to SME business needs.
- Monitor sales performance, pipeline activity, and revenue metrics to consistently achieve monthly targets.
- Uphold and promote the brand values of innovation, reliability, and customer-centricity in all client engagements.
