FIELD MANAGER

As a key representative of the organization in the field, the Field Manager is responsible for maintaining strong relationships with communities and local leaders, while promoting a professional and positive image of the organization. They ensure that beneficiaries are protected, that their rights and choices are respected, and that appropriate support mechanisms are in place. The Field Manager supervises and supports field teams, monitors their performance, and fosters a culture of mentorship and professional development. They are also responsible for performance analysis, regular reporting, identifying operational risks, and continuously improving processes. This position requires strong leadership, excellent organizational skills and a strong ability to adapt, including through regular field travel or managing activities remotely if necessary.
