Requirements
- 3 years of experience as a field sales agent / face-to-face (F2F) sales.
- Working knowledge of MS Office applications.
- Competitive and target-driven with sharp sales skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills; able to work independently and collaboratively.
- Self-motivated with a focus on achieving results.
- Exceptional networking and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable working in the field within assigned territories.
Responsibilities
- Conduct preliminary assessments of potential customers to determine their eligibility for loans.
- Educate potential customers about Fido Microcredit's loan products and services.
- Meet and exceed weekly/monthly targets for lead generation.
- Provide regular reports on field activities and lead generation efforts.
- Stay updated on Fido Microcredit's loan products, policies, and procedures.
- Adhere to Fido's code of conduct and ethical guidelines.
