The Head of Product, Credit will lead Kuda's Credit tribe, driving the strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of all lending-related products and initiatives. Requirements
- 5+ years of Product Management experience, including 2+ years leading teams or product portfolios
- Proven track record of delivering measurable business outcomes
- Strong fluency in experimentation, analytics, and data-driven prioritisation
- Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills
- Experience mentoring and scaling Product Managers with a player-coach mindset
- Background in financial services, payments, lending, or infrastructure preferred
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks and regulatory environments preferred
Responsibilities
- Lead tribe planning and QBRs, ensuring alignment, clarity, and dependency management
- Champion thin-slice, iterative delivery focused on measurable outcomes
- Provide consistent visibility to leadership through metrics, progress updates, and proactive risk management
- Promote a culture of data-driven decision-making and strong experimentation practices
- Ensure squads have the insights, analytics, and tools needed for effective prioritisation
- Ensure all products meet regulatory, compliance, and security requirements
- Hire, coach, and develop Product Managers across multiple levels
- Foster a culture of clarity, focus, and ownership of outcomes
- Coordinate dependencies with Compliance, Legal, Marketing, and CX teams
