Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 2+ years of HR experience in a professional environment
- Knowledge of local labour laws and compliance requirements
- Strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills
- Experience with HRIS platforms and recruitment tools
