Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Telecommunications, electrical & Electronics Engineering or a related field.
- 3-5 years of versatile experience in Incident management, Network Operations, Optimization and Radio Networks operations within telecom industry.
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, technologies, and equipment (routers, switches, firewalls)
- Familiarity with Monitoring tools and Ticketing systems.
- Proficiency in analyzing network performance metrics and troubleshooting network issues.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work under pressure in a 24/7 environment
Responsibilities
- Lead 24/7 network monitoring and operational support.
- Manage major incidents and ensure timely service restoration.
- Drive incident, problem, and escalation management processes.
- Monitor network performance, KPIs, and SLAs.
- Coordinate with technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Conduct RCA and ensure preventive actions are implemented.
- Identify operational risks and drive continuous improvement and automation.
- Prepare and present operational performance and incident reports.
