In this role, you'll be the backbone of our IT operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day technology support and coordination across the organization. Requirements

  • Proven experience in IT support, help desk operations, or similar technical coordination role
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical mindset for troubleshooting technical issues
  • Solid understanding of IT systems, hardware, software, and basic networking concepts
  • Proficiency with ticketing systems and IT asset management tools
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for supporting diverse user groups
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to identifying solutions
  • Familiarity with IT security best practices and data protection principles
  • Comfortable with desk-based work while remaining flexible to support operational needs
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Preferred: IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Associate, or equivalent
  • Preferred: Experience with Windows and/or Mac operating systems administration
  • Preferred: Knowledge of cloud-based services and virtualization technologies

Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network-related issues
  • Manage and track IT support requests using ticketing systems, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up
  • Coordinate IT equipment procurement, inventory management, and asset tracking
  • Assist with user onboarding by setting up accounts, configuring systems, and providing technical orientation
  • Monitor and maintain IT systems, ensuring optimal performance and security compliance
  • Document IT processes, procedures, and solutions to support knowledge sharing across the organization
  • Coordinate with IT vendors and service providers to resolve technical issues and manage service agreements
  • Support the implementation of IT policies and security best practices across the organization
  • Maintain organized records of IT incidents, resolutions, and system configurations
  • Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements
  • Respond to user inquiries with empathy and clear communication, ensuring customer satisfaction
