Junior Product Manager

Job Description

Requirements

• 2-4 years of product management experience, preferably in a technology-driven environment.
• Proven ability to translate complex user needs into simple, scalable product solutions.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Technical understanding to effectively collaborate with engineers (coding not required)
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Bonus: Experience in fintech.
• Background in UX design, data analysis, or software development.
• Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, Figma, Excel, and SQL.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of features or products from ideation and requirements gathering to launch and iteration.
• Help shape and maintain the product roadmap, aligning with business goals and customer needs.
• Conduct user research, gather feedback, and analyze data to understand customer pain points and identify opportunities.
• Regularly update stakeholders on progress, product changes, and outcomes.
• Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, portfolio, in-country teams, and support teams to deliver high-impact products.
• Write clear product requirements, prioritize the backlog, and ensure timely and high-quality delivery with development teams.
• Define success metrics, monitor product performance, and use data to inform decisions with key focus on early detection of problems.
