Job Description
Wave is making Africa the first cashless continent. We are looking for a Merchant Account Supervisor to join our Merchant Success team in Senegal. You will be responsible for managing the roll-out of corporate merchant products and supervising corporate merchant activities to ensure effective deployment, branding, training, and transaction rates across a specific merchant portfolio.

Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or a similar field.
- 2+ years of experience in a similar position.
- Fluent in French; English is a plus.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Previous experience conducting field-related merchant activities including acquiring and onboarding merchants.
- Work authorization in Senegal is required.
Responsibilities
- Onboard merchants and ensure they understand how to use Wave's product.
- Monitor the merchant portfolio and their performance.
- Contact and visit merchants regularly, especially when activity drops.
- Meet with corporate partners' top management every cycle to review performance and strengthen collaboration.
- Process merchant settlements and requests; oversee operations to roll out new stores.
- Conduct regular field visits to ensure smooth operations, compliance, and gather user feedback.
- Report detected bugs to engineers.
- Coordinate with the marketing team on promotions, events, and BTL activities for merchants.
- Collect and report market information including competition, opportunities, and customer feedback.
