Job Description
Wave is making Africa the first cashless continent. We are looking for a Merchant Opening Supervisor passionate about driving business growth and enhancing merchant satisfaction. Reporting to the Merchant Opening Territory Lead, you will oversee the deployment of merchant products and effectively lead a merchant opening team within a specified zone in Côte d'Ivoire.

Requirements
- Fluent in French with proficiency in English.
- Previous experience in merchant payment and management of field-based promoters.
- Proficiency with computers and Android phones.
- Proficiency with MS Excel.
- Previous experience in stock management.
- Work authorization in Côte d'Ivoire is required.
Responsibilities
- Supervise a team of field-based merchant openers.
- Train, manage, and assist merchant openers on a daily basis.
- Follow up on individual performances and assist in preparing team reports.
- Assist with the onboarding of specific large partners.
- Follow up on all inbound support team requests in a specific location.
- Support and provide feedback from daily openings and BTL activities in specific locations.
- Support the merchant strategy in specific locations within Côte d'Ivoire and ensure activities align with quarterly objectives to drive operational growth.
- Provide feedback from existing merchants or prospects about their needs, problems, or technical issues encountered in the field.
