Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Cybersecurity, Mathematics, Physics, or related STEM fields.
- Must have completed NYSC or be in the final stages of completion.
- 0 to 2 years of post-NYSC experience.
- Foundational programming skills such as Python, Java, JavaScript, or SQL.
- Basic understanding of software development, APIs, debugging, testing, and version control with Git.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Introductory knowledge of systems, databases, cloud concepts, and IT infrastructure.
- Good communication and teamwork skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Attention to detail, adaptability, and willingness to learn quickly.
- User-centric mindset and understanding of how technology supports business needs.
Responsibilities
- Foundational Onboarding including introduction to business, culture, and digital strategy.
- Technical Academies with in-depth training in Cloud, Data and AI, DevOps, Cybersecurity, Software Engineering, Networks and Infrastructure.
- Rotations across different technical and commercial units to gain diverse experience.
- Real Project Assignments with hands-on delivery of business-impacting technology projects.
- Assist teams with coding tasks, application testing, debugging, documentation, and basic system analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on technology-enabled projects.
- Gain exposure to leadership interactions through select meetings, demos, or project reviews.
- Contribute to departmental and organisational activities and participate in knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Uphold MoMo PSB policies including confidentiality, information security, and ethical conduct.
