Nigeria Credit Lead

You will design enrollment, repayment and credit strategies that balances transaction size per farmer with program sustainability You will oversee execution of credit and cash sales typically in 3-4 states ensuring delivery of inputs, repayment collection, enrollment target and sales target for the region. You will lead a team of 3-5 mid-level managers to run the program at scale. You will provide cross-department support through coaching of junior level and mid-level staff in the division. You will develop and track performance Indicators such as repayment rates, farmer loan sizes, and regional collection performance. You have 5+ years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years of leading credit or field operations teams and collaborating across multiple departments, combined with a passion for improving the livelihoods of smallholder farmers. You have 3+ years of experience managing and coaching multi-level teams to achieve sales, enrollment, and repayment goals You have experience assessing risks, tracking performance indicators, and providing actionable insights to senior leadership
