Job Description

Build a long-term strategy for expansion to new areas. 5 years+ experience in business development, expansion or related field and 3 years+ experience leading teams and collaborating across multiple departments . You are willing to be based in rural areas for project durations of up to 18 months, followed by reassignment to another rural location.

Requirements

  • 3 years+ track records of expanding into new markets and driving revenue or farmer growth.
  • You have enthusiasm for learning, feedback, and continuous improvement.
  • Fluency in multiple languages with a focus on languages spoken in target markets like Hausa.

Responsibilities

  • Build a long-term strategy for expansion to new areas.
  • Translate high-level strategy into actionable annual expansion plans
  • Coordinate expansion decision-making and implementation across departments.
  • Design and trial existing products/services in new states, and pilot new products/services in states.
  • Manage communication of main decisions and priorities across all teams, from senior leadership to field staff.
