About the
Role
Seeking a results-driven
Field
Coordinator to lead MEL field operations in
Nigeria, ensuring high-quality data collection, strong team coordination, and timely insights that inform program strategy and decision-making.
Responsibilities Lead and manage field data collection activities, ensuring adherence to MEL protocols and ethical research standards.
For this role specifically, you will have: Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Statistics, Agriculture, or a related field.

Requirements
- Qualifications Across all roles, these are the general qualifications we look for.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in MEL, field research, or program evaluation.
- Strong skills in data collection, field coordination, and team management.
- Experience using digital data collection tools (e.g., ODK, CommCare, SurveyCTO, KoboToolbox)
- Ability to analyze and interpret data to generate actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel frequently to field locations.

- Ensure transparency and accountability in MEL activities by maintaining clear documentation of processes and decisions.
- Coordinate logistics for field surveys, including travel, enumerator deployment, and material distribution.
- Manage field budgets and expenses, ensuring efficient resource utilization.
- Support procurement and distribution of data collection tools and materials.
