Job Description
CIC Insurance Group is a leading insurance and investment group operating in Kenya, Uganda, South Sudan, and Malawi. CIC is looking for a People & Culture Associate – Resourcing to join their Nairobi-based HR team. This role supports the full recruitment lifecycle, onboarding, and resourcing operations, while providing stakeholder management and reporting support to ensure the organisation attracts and retains top talent effectively.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in a human resources or recruitment support role.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in handling recruitment documentation and data.
- Strong planning and organising skills with the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
- Analytical and problem-solving ability to support resourcing decisions.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities
- Assist with end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, interview coordination, background checks, candidate communication, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with payroll and benefits teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new employees onto the payroll system.
- Assist with onboarding processes and adhere to the onboarding checklist throughout the process.
- Respond to employee enquiries related to recruitment and resourcing, escalating matters appropriately to the Resourcing Manager.
- Assist hiring managers in facilitating work tools and access for new employees.
- Keep hiring managers updated on the progress of the resourcing process at all stages.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and resourcing dashboards.
- Support the Resourcing Manager with resourcing metrics tracking and data reporting.
