Requirements
- Experience in onboarding, process documentation, and employee engagement is an added advantage.
- Autonomous, proactive, and comfortable owning a project from start to finish.
- Solid understanding of HR best practices and core Labour Law.
- High level of discretion and integrity when handling confidential information.
- Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Entrepreneurial and able to wear many hats.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace.
Responsibilities
- Support the end-to-end employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, transfers, promotions, offboarding) with precision.
- Partner with hiring managers and the global People Operations team to drive Diversity and Inclusion initiatives.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS.
- Process HR-related documentation, including offer letters, contracts, and changes to terms.
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries regarding policies, benefits, and processes.
- Design and implement employee engagement initiatives and elevate Branch's values in the Nigeria office.
- Champion HR data analysis on headcount, turnover, and other key metrics.
- Support the recruitment lifecycle (particularly Tech recruitments) from sourcing and scheduling to closing, while ensuring a positive and efficient experience for all candidates.
- Support training of employees to ensure compliance with labour regulations and work closely with the global People Operations Team on learning and development programs.
