Partner.
You will partner across teams to strengthen how

Your work will touch performance coaching, development, talent management, organizational design, and employee experience.
This is a permanent position based in
Abidjan with potential travel to field locations.
5-8 years of experience in Recruiting, Learning and Development, Talent management, or HRBP in a high-growth environment.

Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or equivalent.
- French and English proficiency.
- Demonstrated background in talent and leadership management.
- Hands-on operational experience in managing employee relations.
- Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- Work authorization in Côte d'Ivoire required.
Responsibilities
- Support organizational design and effectiveness by partnering with business leads to assess and evolve team structures.
- Facilitate organization health reviews using people analytics to identify strengths, gaps, and growth opportunities.
- Support managers on change management, team design, and culture alignment.
- Partner with the L&D team to identify development needs and learning priorities.
- Support individual development planning and embed learning insights into performance and career frameworks.
- Partner with leaders to map career paths and growth frameworks.
- Support performance review cycles, calibrations, and feedback conversations.
- Build visibility into succession planning and emerging talent.
- Manage Wave's internship and support rotation programs.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Comms to capture authentic stories for employer branding.
