Job Description
To balance the supply demand to meet Network Group Base Transceiver Station build and activation plan, in line with the network plan defined by Planning and Optimisation. The role applies logistical principles specific to supply chain management to ensure timely and accurate material planning and delivery.

Requirements
- 3-year Degree or technical diploma in Supply Chain Management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access database, and Oracle inventory systems.
- Understanding of supply chain management, logistics, and procurement processes.
- Experience with BOM planning, demand forecasting, and supplier management.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a deadline-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Obtain high level implementation plan from NG Capital projects and compile annual plan spreadsheet.
- Compile material demand plan using BOM Discoverer reports, FACTS, Remedy, MS Access database and Excel calculations.
- Determine outstanding requirements as final demand minus supply minus current stock holding.
- Request that purchase orders are raised as per requirement.
- Compile delivery schedule weekly on all suppliers in line with plan, by supplier and product number.
- Monitor supply from suppliers considering equipment delivery lead time and cost.
- Initiate changes to purchase orders and follow up on queries on discrepancies of delivery and receiving.
- Place orders and call off delivery on a weekly basis aligned to build plan.
- Manage customer interface with NG and contractors for query resolution and follow up cycles.
- Review current warehouse process queues and escalate to owner.
- Expedite supply in line with build plan.
- Initiate instructions that part numbers must be loaded on Oracle IC to avoid duplication.
- Use Remedy WMS to ensure all parties are up to speed.
- Provide input to strategy for national materials management and control.
