As Platform Tech Lead, you will serve as the technical anchor for the Platform Engineering team, leading critical production implementations and owning the technical roadmap to ensure 99.99% service availability.

Requirements

  • Proven deep experience managing and securing Kubernetes (EKS) at scale
  • Strong grasp of complex networking concepts for global multi-region deployments
  • Solid understanding of performance monitoring tools and Linux operating systems
  • Ability to adapt technical strategy in fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment
  • Experience with global traffic routing, VPNs, and certificate rotation for mTLS
  • Strong background in platform/infrastructure engineering with high-availability systems

Responsibilities

  • Act as final technical reviewer for complex setups including global traffic routing and EKS scaling
  • Architect robust solutions to ensure strict adherence to 99.99% System Uptime OKR
  • Identify root causes for critical production incidents and lead post-mortems
  • Drive technical strategy and evolve the platform to meet high-stakes global B2B demands
  • Manage and secure Kubernetes (EKS) at scale
  • Design and implement advanced networking for global multi-region deployments and secure B2B integrations
  • Mentor engineers and proactively identify team upskilling opportunities
