Requirements

  • Degree in Media Studies, Communications, Film, Broadcasting or related field
  • Proven experience in broadcast scheduling, content management or programme acquisition
  • Knowledge of Linear TV and Connected TV (CTV) platforms
  • Strong organisational and negotiation skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage daily, weekly, and long-term playlists for Linear TV and CTV platforms
  • Optimise scheduling for peak viewing times and audience engagement
  • Coordinate live events, special programming, and breaking content adjustments
  • Preview all acquired and locally produced content prior to airing
  • Ensure editorial compliance and brand alignment across all programming
  • Manage content acquisition negotiations and licensing agreements
  • Maintain relationships with content suppliers and distributors
