As Principal ERP Engineer and NetSuite Administrator, you will serve as the technical owner of Cellulant's financial systems across Kenya, Nigeria, Ghana, Uganda, Tanzania, South Africa, and Zambia, driving revenue engineering and financial data automation.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a NetSuite Administrator or ERP Engineer with implementation and customisation expertise
- Strong proficiency in NetSuite SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk (SOAP/REST web services), and SuiteAnalytics
- Experience integrating NetSuite with data warehouses and financial systems
- Background in revenue engineering or financial systems automation
- Understanding of multi-entity, multi-currency accounting in complex organisations
- Strong SQL and data analytics skills
- Experience in fintech, payments, or financial services industry
- CPA or finance qualification is a plus
Responsibilities
- ERP System Architecture & Administration
- Serve as the primary NetSuite ERP system owner and administrator across all Cellulant markets
- Integrate NetSuite with Oracle Data Warehouse and Treasury Management System for seamless data exchange
- Design and implement custom workflows, reports, dashboards, and automations
- Revenue Engineering
- Lead end-to-end Revenue Engineering Process including billing information mapping and data extraction
- Develop and maintain the revenue computation model
- Ensure accuracy and auditability of daily revenue through automated validation and reconciliation checks
- Financial Data Integrity & Process Automation
- Implement strong system controls for data accuracy and reporting consistency
- Automate key finance functions including bank reconciliations, revenue recognition, and financial reporting
- Refine NetSuite configurations to identify and mitigate posting errors
