Responsibilities
- Equipment Maintenance & Reliability: Execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities to ensure optimal equipment performance, reliability, and availability.
- Breakdown Management & Troubleshooting: Diagnose mechanical faults, perform timely repairs, and support rapid resolution of equipment failures to minimize downtime.
- Asset Care & Performance Monitoring: Drive asset care practices, monitor equipment performance, and ensure machines operate at optimal conditions and rated speed.
- Problem Solving & Continuous Improvement: Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to eliminate recurring failures and improve equipment efficiency.
- Spare Parts Management: Ensure effective utilization, accountability, and control of spare parts to support maintenance requirements and cost efficiency.
- Safety, Quality & Food Safety Compliance: Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices, quality, food safety, Coca-Cola standards, and Supply Chain Way practices and maintenance standards to ensure a safe and compliant work environment.
- Technical Support & Capability Development: Provide technical support to shift teams by optimizing equipment performance, troubleshooting machine failures, coaching operators, facilitating effective shift handovers, and ensuring production continuity.
- Maintenance Planning, Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate maintenance records, develop work instructions, coordinate shift handovers, and participate in technical reviews to drive operational excellence.
