Job Description

Requirements
- Degree in Procurement Management, Finance or equivalent experience
- 10–15 years of experience in strategic sourcing and supply chain management
- Solid knowledge of relevant legislation (PSM, FICA, BBBEE)
- Proven track record of cost reduction and productivity improvement
- Ability to align with divisional strategies through process analysis and cost modelling
Responsibilities
- Establish and manage budget targets for the business unit; control costs and increase financial efficiency
- Develop differentiated service models for the Procurement Centre of Excellence and promote synergies across Group teams
- Manage purchasing policies and tendering processes, ensuring legal compliance; monitor legislative changes and implement governance measures
- Develop strategic sourcing plans to improve purchasing power and establish compliance processes for purchasing decisions
- Provide business intelligence through accurate reporting and data analysis
- Execute the people strategy for the business unit, promoting talent and innovation; hold leaders accountable for high-performance strategies
