Working within the global design team, you will own end-to-end design across core products: wallets, savings, loans, rewards, and debit cards.

Requirements
- 3+ years of product design experience with shipped consumer products; fintech or mobile-first apps strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to design simple, intuitive experiences at scale across diverse user contexts.
- Experience with Android and Web design patterns for consumer-facing products.
- Proficiency in Figma.
- Strong visual design skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to produce clear specs, flows, and prototypes.
- Active use of AI tools to augment ideation, copywriting, asset generation, or research synthesis.
- Comfortable with tools like Figma Make, Lovable, or Cursor to prototype functional experiences.
- Strong communication skills; comfortable with ambiguity and changing priorities in a fast-paced startup.
- Bachelor's degree in HCI, Product Design, Interaction Design, or related field or equivalent practical experience.
Responsibilities
- Work with Product Managers, Engineers, and Data Analysts to drive initiatives from concept to launch.
- Make objective, data-informed design decisions and iterate based on research findings and product metrics.
- Use AI tools for ideation, prototyping, content generation, and building functional demos.
- Contribute to the design system's evolution, ensuring consistency and scalability across products and markets.
- Participate in design critiques, share knowledge, and help elevate craft standards across the team.
- Own design end-to-end by leading projects autonomously from PRD to engineer handoff, including user flows, wireframes, hi-fi mockups, prototypes, usability testing, and design QA.
- Collaborate with UX Researchers on foundational and formative research and translate insights into designs that work for customers with varying levels of financial and digital literacy.
