Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in product management with demonstrated ability to lead technical teams.
- Prior experience with a high-growth consumer software product or in a growth-focused role is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects, bring clarity to ambiguous questions, and chart a path forward.
- Top-notch analytical abilities including familiarity with SQL.
- Creative with a track record of testing and launching new ideas.
- Excellent collaborator with effective written communication skills and ability to work with remote teams.
- Resourceful and not afraid of big challenges.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with engineering and operational teams to triage bugs and set high-level quarterly milestones.
- Evaluate, initiate, and manage partnerships with third party vendors to help Branch achieve its product roadmap.
- Lead the entire lifecycle of development for one area of the Branch product, encompassing everything from researching new features and creating detailed specs, to triaging bugs, managing team workflow, and shipping deliverables on time.
- Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and analytics teams across global offices to grow the customer base through conversion rate optimization, retention, and re-engagement initiatives.
