Project Manager, AI and Educational Technology

To advance Teach For All’s 25-year vision, we are seeking a Project Manager to join the AI and Educational Technology Team at a defining moment for education and educational equity worldwide. As a Project Manager supporting the Global Partnerships and Resources Team you will play a central role in building and scaling Teach For All’s flagship global program connecting teachers, program alumni, and staff across 63 Network Partners who are shaping how AI transforms education. In this role, you’ll drive end-to-end program delivery across multiple strategic initiatives. You’ll manage the weekly AI AAA Series (Aspirations, Ambitions, and Apprehensions), bringing together global thought leaders to share cutting-edge insights. You’ll cultivate partnerships with frontier AI organizations (Anthropic, Google, and others) to expand our reach and impact. You’ll design and deliver educational pathways that help teachers progress from AI literacy to AI creation. Working across diverse cultures, regions, languages, and time zones, you’ll use AI tools daily to solve real problems and scale innovation. This role is ideal for a proactive, systems-oriented problem-solver who's deeply engaged in the AI ecosystem.
