Job Description
Wave is hiring a Recruiter in Abidjan to play a key role in building strong, diverse teams by owning end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple functions. You will partner closely with hiring managers and People Partners to understand hiring needs, deliver an excellent candidate experience, and ensure hiring decisions align with Wave's values and long-term goals. This is a permanent position.

Requirements
- 3+ years of demonstrated ownership of full recruitment cycle.
- Experience in talent acquisition at an international high-growth company is an added advantage.
- Strong communication skills written and spoken.
- Experience using ATS software, preferably Greenhouse.
- Fluency in French and English.
- Experience recruiting in Côte d'Ivoire or West Africa is a strong plus.
- Work authorization in Côte d'Ivoire required.
Responsibilities
- Own the full-cycle recruitment for roles across departments including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs and design tailored recruiting strategies.
- Ensure the ATS (Greenhouse) is up to date, accurate, and a reliable source of recruiting insights.
- Track, analyze, and share recruiting metrics to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Identify bottlenecks and implement creative improvements to the recruitment process.
- Act as a cultural ambassador ensuring candidates experience Wave's values throughout their journey.
