Job Description
Wave is hiring a Recruiting Coordinator based in Bouaké, Côte d'Ivoire to join its expanding talent team. You will be responsible for mass and high-volume recruitment in the Support team, coordinating recruitment days and medical checkups, and onboarding and integrating new employees. This is a permanent position.

Requirements
- Degree preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Full proficiency in French and English both written and spoken.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Flexible and excited about trying new things.
- Great pace and organisational skills.
- Work authorization in Côte d'Ivoire required.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end Support hiring processes including sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
- Coordinate recruitment events and medical evaluations.
- Cultivate talent pools and ensure exceptional candidate experiences.
- Collaborate with various departments for seamless onboarding.
- Champion Wave's culture, values, and practices.
- Support recruiting efforts through job posting, scheduling interviews, and providing feedback to candidates.
- Build and maintain candidate pipeline.
- Organise and coordinate interviews and recruitment days.
- Work closely with People Ops, IT, Payroll, and Office Managers to ensure smooth onboarding processes.
