Job Description
BURN is looking to hire a dedicated Recruitment Officer to support the Recruitment Team in all recruitment processes. The successful candidate must have previous experience in full-cycle recruitment, multitasking, and handling several roles at a time. The ideal candidate must have worked in entry-level to senior management-level roles and have experience with face-to-face and online interviews and reporting.

Requirements
- 4 years of proven experience as a Recruitment Officer or another recruiting-related role
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
- Experience using recruiting software and social networks for recruiting
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with hiring practices and stages (screening, interview, assessment, onboarding)
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English
- Excellent research skills
- Strong decision-making skills
- Qualified female candidates are encouraged to apply
Responsibilities
- Support the recruiting team with administrative duties
- Schedule interviews and balance calendars for hiring managers and candidates
- Carry out initial applicant screening
- Source and shortlist candidates for various open roles
- Send regrets to unsuccessful candidates
- Carry out reference checks for candidates prior to offering letters being sent out
- Process background checks to verify candidate information
- Support the recruitment team with any other duties as assigned
