Founded in 2006, One Acre Fund equips 5.5 million smallholder farmers to make their farms more productive. Across nine countries home to two-thirds of Africa's farmers, they provide high-quality farm supplies, tree seedlings, accessible credit, modern agronomic training, and a wide range of agricultural services. Their Rwanda program, operating under the local brand Tubura, has more than 3,000 staff across all four provinces of Rwanda and served more than 2.8 million farmers in 2024. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • Proficiency in fleet management software and dashboard analytics tools
  • Experience in coordination and communication
  • Strong data analysis, planning, and reporting capabilities
  • Problem-solving mindset with focus on continuous improvement
  • This role is only open to citizens or permanent residents of Rwanda

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a reliable network of transporters and truck owners, including contract execution, vendor verification, documentation, and compliance oversight
  • Coordinate truck availability, scheduling, leasing arrangements, and fleet utilization to ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality service delivery
  • Analyze terrain, site locations, road conditions, and route combinations to optimize delivery efficiency and manage contingencies during disruptions
  • Track and analyze key operational metrics such as utilization, costs, fuel consumption, and efficiency through dashboards to identify trends and improvement opportunities
