Job Description
You will complete recurring tasks to keep our recruitment operations running with minimal errors.
You will oversee the candidate screening and selection process from application to hire and provide excellent customer service to all candidates, and enjoy winning in the details.
You will manage the candidate database using our Applicant Tracking System to track applications and analyze data to improve processes.
Project/Process Improvements: In collaboration with your manager, you will support change and improvement strategies in our recruitment systems, utilizing data to achieve results.

Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in any relevant field of study.
- Nice to have:
- 6 to 12 months of experience within HR, Administrative or similar roles within a fast-paced environment.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems, e.g., greenhouse is desirable but not compulsory.
