Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience as a Direct Sales Agent or similar sales/customer service role
  • Experience in the banking or financial services sector is highly preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to negotiate and influence potential clients
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills; capable of managing multiple priorities efficiently
  • High motivation, enthusiasm, and dedication to achieving targets
  • Familiarity with digital banking services and mobile technology

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals
  • Negotiate pricing and terms of sale to close deals according to the company's pricing guidelines
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients
  • Ensure thorough compliance with all bank policies and regulatory requirements including KYC and AML
  • Educate potential clients on the benefits of electronic banking solutions and ensure seamless onboarding
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in CRM software
  • Participate in roadshows, community fairs, and local events to promote the bank's services
  • Provide feedback to marketing and product teams on customer experiences and improvements
  • Understand needs of prospective clients and proffer solutions to meet their specific business needs
  • Provide ongoing support to clients including training and troubleshooting assistance
