As a Direct Sales Agent based in Ikeja, you will play a pivotal role in driving Kuda's growth objectives through proactive sales efforts, effective relationship-building, and unwavering commitment to compliance and customer satisfaction.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Direct Sales Agent or similar sales/customer service role
- Experience in the banking or financial services sector is highly preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to negotiate and influence potential clients
- Excellent organizational and time management skills; capable of managing multiple priorities efficiently
- High motivation, enthusiasm, and dedication to achieving targets
- Familiarity with digital banking services and mobile technology
Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Negotiate pricing and terms of sale to close deals according to the company's pricing guidelines
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients
- Ensure thorough compliance with all bank policies and regulatory requirements including KYC and AML
- Educate potential clients on the benefits of electronic banking solutions and ensure seamless onboarding
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in CRM software
- Participate in roadshows, community fairs, and local events to promote the bank's services
- Provide feedback to marketing and product teams on customer experiences and improvements
- Understand needs of prospective clients and proffer solutions to meet their specific business needs
- Provide ongoing support to clients including training and troubleshooting assistance
