Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Economics; MBA preferred
- Minimum 7–10 years in B2B business development, enterprise sales, or strategic account management in fintech/payments
- Proven track record leading high-performing sales teams and closing complex, high-value deals
- Deep knowledge of B2B payments, bulk disbursement workflows, and digital financial ecosystems
- Strong understanding of African payment ecosystems, regulatory environments, and market dynamics
Responsibilities
- Own the B2B payouts sales strategy across assigned markets, driving high-value client acquisition and revenue expansion
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales managers and executives
- Oversee full sales cycles including opportunity identification, solution design, negotiation, and deal closure
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships with CFOs, CTOs, and finance leaders
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Operations to develop bespoke payout solutions
- Drive market analysis, competitive benchmarking, and trend identification
- Ensure all sales activities comply with regulatory and compliance requirements
