Their single API platform Tingg processes millions of daily transactions for airlines, telecoms, e-commerce, and ride-hailing businesses across Africa. The Sales Director for PSPs & Aggregators will lead Cellulant's commercial strategy for Payment Service Providers, aggregators, and digital payment partners across Africa, based in Accra.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in sales, partnerships, or business development in payments, fintech, or financial services
  • Deep understanding of PSP and aggregator business models in African markets
  • Proven experience structuring complex commercial partnerships and alliances
  • Strong network across the African payments ecosystem
  • Experience managing senior stakeholders and executive-level relationships
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Track record of driving revenue growth in competitive B2B environments

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute commercial strategy for PSP and aggregator partnerships across Africa
  • Lead and scale payment processing and collection solutions for PSPs and digital payment partners
  • Drive revenue growth and establish long-term strategic alliances within the payments ecosystem
  • Manage a team of sales professionals focused on PSP/aggregator channel
  • Guide partnership structuring for complex ecosystem players
  • Collaborate with product and technical teams to deliver scalable, interoperable payment solutions
  • Monitor market dynamics and competitive landscape to identify new partnership opportunities
